The Hotel is a smoke-free facility with a highly sensitive detection system. Although smoking is not permitted within hotel, guests are permitted to smoke outside in designated areas. A $300 fine will be assessed for each violation.

Reservations at the Hotel open on November 1, 2008 at 12:00 noon Central Time. Call 1-800-228-9290 or 1-952-935-5500 and identify your affiliation with the Bearded Collie Club of America to receive the preferred rates.
Reservations close on September 5, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
No reservations will be accepted by e-mail or fax.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Reservations are limited to two (2) rooms per individual.
The Hotel will attempt to place all guests with pets on the second or third floors (first or second guest room floors). Special room requests may be made but cannot be guaranteed.
Refrigerators and microwaves are available on a VERY LIMITED basis upon request. There is a $50 charge for a microwave.
The Hotel will send a confirmation letter by e-mail to each guest within one week of processing.
Remember: If you reserve a room at the Marriott Southwest by August 31 without cancelling, you earn 20 Bucky Bucks!
Wait List
If necessary, a wait list will be maintained by the Show Chairs for those wishing a room at the Hotel and will notify guests on the wait list as and if rooms become available.
Cancellations and No-Shows
A reservation must be cancelled on or before September 5, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time to receive a refund of the deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if a reservation is cancelled after that time. If a guest does not check in on the date of scheduled arrival, the deposit will be forfeited and the remaining nights will revert back to the host hotel.

Directions
From Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport (MSP): Take Hwy 494 West to Hwy 169 North to the Londonderry/Bren Road Exit. Turn left on Bren Road; proceed two blocks to Marriott sign. Turn left. The Marriott will be on the left.
